My friend and I got qdoba (Fort collins, Elizabeth street) on 10/6/25 around 8 pm.
We woke up this morning 10/7/25 and feel very bad. We had vomiting, fever, diarrhea, stomach ache, and headache.
I have to take leave from my work and went to urgent care which gave me some medication. I think this issue need to be report and prevent. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Diarrhea
