Purchased Naked brand Green Machine boosted smoothie, 64 fl oz. bottle from QFC on 07/09/2026. My husband drank the last cup of it yesterday, 07/13/2026 and a few hours later, he started vomiting, had stomach cramps, nausea and chills, cold sweat. He vomited throughout the evening and late into the night/early morning at least 5 times more. It was pretty bad, and I wanted to take him to the hospital but he refused.
