After eating several of these bars I believed I had come down with a really bad flu. I had severe diarrhea and cramping, nausea and vomiting, and a light fever. This took several days to pass and be able to get back on my feet. I would like to be compensated for more than the half-eaten box of bars. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

Yes fruit has fiber in it, and it will help to move through your body more quickly, like a detox
