Quorn Nuggets Cause Discomfort - Quorn Chicken Nuggets, England

Ate some mycoprotein Quorn "chicken" nuggets and I'm feeling awful. I feel lightheaded, have a really bad headache, stomach feels weird and I have chills but my face feels really hot. I've never tried them before until today as I don't usually eat non meat products. Just wanted to try something new and I started feeling the effects almost immediately, well perhaps 10-15 mins after eating them. I have no known food allergies and ingredients such as egg, wheat etc does not harm me at all. I'm very concerned at the moment. And also right now, my bowels are making constant gurgling noises but no diarrhea yet. I'm nervous to say the least. | Symptoms: Headache, Chills, Lightheaded, Other
