Two weeks ago I woke in the middle of the night feeling very sick and then woke again in the morning to find I had experienced diarrhoea in bed. I then had very bad diarrhoea for the next day, preventing me from going to work. I assumed I had picked up a bug. Yesterday exactly the same symptoms started, but earlier in the evening and with violent vomiting, that resulted in me passing out. I have now realised that on both occasions I had eaten Quorn nuggets prior to me feeling unwell. I have never eaten Quorn before this and will never touch it again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
