On the morning of December 23rd we arrived at RaceTrac to buy some convenience items as we were on our way for last minute Christmas shopping. We bought 2 energy drinks and 3 Chicken empanadas. Each empanada was given to 3 seperate adults; Christian, Keri and Isaiah. It was only at this time did we three exactly eat the same thing at the same time. approximately 36 hours later on Christmas Eve around 5pm Keri started to vomit which then Christian did, followed shortly by Isaiah. The vomiting was the initial onset as diarrhea soon followed and intense muscle spasms of the lower back and extremities. These symptoms persisted for the vomiting for a day and diarrhea 4 days, the muscle spasms lasted for the duration of 4-7 days as each adult varied. Through research we found out we had contacted Lysteria | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Spasms
