One year ago 2022 Oct....we went in to get lunch from a good/many experiences prior but this time... I ordered a burger & it was very over cooked/charded; prior to ordering my husband asked what was going on in the kitchen, what was good(joking) and the waiter replied, I don't know, haven't been in there yet & don't want to. I then said, "oh no, might ba an omen" but we sent it forward. We all were disappointed with our meals, everything was different from prior visits. As, I was eating my burnt burger I thought, if I get sick this is it. 21hours later, it hit explosive diarrhea, vomiting every 13 minutes for the next 32 hours. I called after to complain, spoke to a woman, who said she was a manager and was going to report it to the culinary supervisor and the Rainbow Casino facilities manager and will receive a callback from Management. Never, to date; nothing. We vowed to never return to the entire facility again. Too smoky, dirty carpet and now the one good corner 'inside diner' is poisonous l. Beware. They don't give a sh*t, even when you lose your uncontrollable sh*t, sleep and senses. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
