Ate a week ago on a monday around 1 pm, not even 30 minutes after i started feeling nauseous and cramps. Ignored my symptoms and went to work out thinking i didn’t digest it right. Halfway into working out, i couldn’t take the pain anymore i went home and i had diarrhea and threw up so much.
