Daughter bought food around 10:15 PM Wednesday, May 4, 2022 through the drive through. She ate it at 10:30-10:45, after arriving home. She woke up at 4:15 am with severe stomach pain, nausea, temp of 102.9, and feeling shaky. I gave her Tylenol 1000 mg and Motrin 600 mg. Her temp went down to normal within the hour and she went back to sleep. She woke up at 10:30 with sever stomach pain and nausea, again, but started vomiting. No more fever present. She vomited the food she had consumed earlier and is feeling less nauseated now. Stomach pain is slightly eased at the moment. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Shaking
