We have always bought their children's meal for the kids when we go there..We had never given the youngest the sauce tho cause he makes such a mess with it..Tonight we did..He broke out in a rash and got diarrhea..
looking up the ingredients to the sauce they use Worcester in it. Which has anchovies in it...We believe that's what caused the reaction...the sauce | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Skin Rash
