Grapefruit Fresca Causes Illness - Raley's, Fairfield California

I tried a grapefruit fresca today a friend gave me he bought from Raleys in Fairfield, Ca.. My stomach immediately started hurting and I felt like throwing up.
Then about an hour later I hurled everything I ate for the entire day. My stomach still hurts.
I'll never drink that ever again.
