I hadn't eaten all day, so I stopped there before work, and within 16 hours of eating their food my body had forcibly expelled every single thing in my bodyI went to urgent care and yep, food poisoning! I had to be prescribed zofran and ulcer medication to coat my stomach because I was becoming dehydrated as it's been 24 hours now and NOTHING will stay down! I had to call off work because every 2 minutes it felt like someone was stabbing me in the stomach. So a $6 meal turned into a $106 meal in wage losses. I had the chicken bites box with BBQ sauce & a large fry. | Symptoms: Vomiting
