Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, HeadacheSuspected source: The only thing I ate was rallys that day! I feel unheard and like my health didn't matter. I felt miserable, for corporate company to tell me .. it wasn't them.
Onset: Right away

Additional information: I was in bed all day. Nauseous, and dry heaving. I could not perform any day to day activities. Miserable. Discussed major loss of appetite!
At 3 pm on August 4th I was hungry for a 4 dollar meal deal. I ate. 2:30 am I woke up sweating and my head spinning. Hot and cold at the same time completely ignored! ... Stomach inflammation Head in the toilet.. vomiting ! Sweating! Dizzy... Diarrhea same time..Nauseous from 2:30 am til present August 6 . With eased side affects today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
