Additional information: I don't think I've ever been that sick in my life I must have thrown up at least 10 times so sick and everything is spinning. I ate some ramen noodles became very dizzy got heat flashes very bad chills and instantly threw up the worst I had ever thrown up in my life it felt like I had fire coming off my skin and I was so dizzy everything I puked up was the ramen noodles it was the kind that come in the black bowl with the sauce not powder but the sauce pack it's a black bowl with a red plastic wrapper I'm not sure what it was called | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Dizziness
