We went to the fast version of Harris ranch kitchen that’s at shell gas station. Had tri tip sandwich. Both me and my husband have been very sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever … and it’s our vacation. It’s awful | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Gas
