Right after the family celebration of a birthday I myself felt nauseous and pain in my stomach. I thought vit was just me. When we got home both of my daughters began to get nauseous and threw up. I began all afternoon with diarrhea and cramping in my stomach. Then suddenly feverish. My husband has been having fever all afternoon and threw up twice but left very weak. He's the most vulnerable because of all the strokes he's had. My father and son both from a different household but joined us have had cramping and just started diarrhea at 3 this morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
