Severe Illness After Talapia - Red Lobster,

I went to Red Lobster with my family to enjoy a nice dinner. I ordered Talipa, Salad, etc.
After we ate we went to our Son's house for an hour. We drove home, I got out of car started to feel sick, walked into the house and started throwing up, felt very weak. My husband called our son, he and his wife came to help him load me in the car and took me to Emergency in Redding. I lost ten pounds from vomiting, etc. They kept me for several hours, gave me meds, I was going into shock at one point. The next day I called Red Lobster, and was told to call Liberty Mutual, I called and was told not worry everything would be paid. We'll it wasn't I ended up paying $500.00 for my stay in the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
