Mushroom Appetizers Cause Illness - Red Lobster, Piqua Ohio

My wife and 4 children all ate at red lobster on our way to Gatlinburg TN to enjoy a week of vacation that we seldom take. It was 8:30 we ordered appetizers which my wife and i ate the mushrooms and the rest of our meal. We both got sick with in hours of each other. Fever, diarrhea and terrible stomach cramps that lasted at least 4 days and maybe more I’m writing this with continued stomach pain. The only thing in common that we are were the mushrooms. My wife and I experienced identical symptoms pointing back to red lobster. It has really dampened and ruined our vacation because we are unable to leave the restroom. This really needs to be looked into. I am also going to submit a formal complaint to serv safe food agency. Thank You. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I also just had a bad experience with the seafood mushrooms. I am 33 yrs old and in good health. I took my mother to red lobster for an Easter dinner on 3/31/2018. I ordered the seafood mushrooms appetizer. My mom did not eat any. We ate there at around 9:30 pm. Around 2:30 am I started getting a bad headache and a few hours later I was very nauseous. A little after noon the next day I started vomiting and it is now 10:30 pm. 24 hours later and I am still very nauseous. I'm hoping it will end soon because I would hate to have to miss any work because of it.
