Food Safety Report: Red Lobster.

10 years ago reported by user-fjgtk384

Red Lobster
Had caeser salad, a couple biscuits, the clam chowder, escargot, and clam strips (what can I say....I like variety) . We were a party of seven, and through the process of elimination based on what everyone else ate, I believe it was likely the clam strips which made me sick.. I've had food poisoning before but this seems to have been one of the worst cases I've ever had, which is why I'm (still) trying to figure it out, and why I'm on here writing about it. My symptoms began 4 hours after eating, but lasted far longer than other times I've had food poisoning. I was still sick a full day later. I work in the food service industry serving tables and my work shift the day after was miserable; probably my toughest ever in all my years. I'm fit and healthy (45 years old) but this knocked me off my feet for a full day and a half. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
