“We ordered two chile verde dinners on their specialty menu on July 28th. We have ordered them many times in the past along with other meals. They are our go to place for tasty Mexican food. I was fine, but my wife got violently ill and it lasted over 24... hours. We got food poisoning once before and as much as we love their food 2X in a few months shows that something is wrong. Sadly, we are afraid to go back. I’m hoping that their kitchen will be inspected and we can again go back at some time in the future. ”
“not sure I ate the on-site salad from there (Chicken Caesar Salad) Saturday right after purchasing it. On Tuesday I had the Raspberry and Poppyseed Romaine Salad at Tomato St. Restaurant, splitting an order with my mom. I haven't heard if she became sick. I began to feel sick at... about 3:30pm Saturday after eating the salad at 12:30pm. ”
“Yakisoba noodles I can never seem to keep them down I haven't thought of it before I always thought it was something else but it seems that when I eat yakisoba noodles I start to vomit violently about two hours later I don't know why but it seems like any... yakisoba noodles causes it I not eating yakisoba noodles again. ”

“Ordered a nice big t bone steak with a lobster tail with a side of Mac and cheese and broccoli I think the culprit was the Steak I got medium rare and it was pretty rare let me tell u but I trusted the cook while I was eating it... I got nauseous and stopped eating it within an hour I was having diarrhea and vomiting days later I started to have severe abdominal pain a long with a headache it’s been about two weeks and I’m still not feeling completely better yet ”
“Ordered a pepperoni pizza on 7/21/20. The next morning I had nausea and my stomach burned. I didn't make the connection until I had another slice for lunch. The burning in my stomach/esophagus was terrible and no amount of antacid tablets helped. Morning of 7/23 had diarrhea and still extremely... nauseous/burning stomach. Still no relief from antacids. I've NEVER had this issue with pepperoni pizza from any other company. ”
“I ate 6 Tyson batter dipped chicken nuggets on July 21, 2020 @ 4p.m. Don’t have the bag/lot number. I got them around the 5/6th of July 2020. It’s the big bag not the smaller boxed size. I started having this bad back pain on the right side. I mean... bad. Half hr later it was both my abdomen and right side back hurting pretty good. This worried me some. I thought I might of had gas or needed to go #2? Well I did that (sorry) and thought I’d be feeling better. Then the nausea started and I was throwing up really hard. Needless to say it was a long night . Bad pains but thankfully no cramping or diarrhea. Though I did go 4 times but it was normal. Again thankful for no diarrhea. Today I am not 100% but no stomach or back issues. But just not to hungry. Drinking a lot of power aid to replenish electrolytes. I haven’t been that done and out sick in a mighty long time. Pitched that new bag of nuggets into the garbage. First time I ever had any problems with Tyson foods.

The symptoms started roughly an hour after consumption on saturday 4th July at around 1800hrs ”
“Fifth Third Bank sponsored a “get together” event for their loyal customers before the University of Cincinnati vs. Temple University basketball game on March 7, 2020 at the Fifth Third Arena on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. Fifth Third Bank had this event catered from an outside vendor,... which included the following food items: chicken fingers, BBQ meatballs in sauce, and soft pretzels with cheese sauce, nachos, popcorn, cookies, and dipping sauces. After eating at this “get together” event, I became sick during the basketball game and I was running back and forth from my seat to the bathroom while throwing up in the bathroom each time. Finally, I decided to leave the Fifth Third Arena because I was so sick and I could no longer watch the game. Also, on the drive home, I had to stop to the side of the road and throw up on the pavement.
I spent $200 per ticket for the Basketball game, which was ruined because of the food poisoning I incurred after eating the food at the catered event sponsored by Fifth Third Bank.
After contacting Fifth Third Bank, my wife was told that someone would be looking into this matter immediately. However, the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the Cincinnati area and all employees of Fifth Third Bank went on lockdown.
I then contacted the Cincinnati Public Health Department about this incident and they then confirmed following an inspection at the site that there were dirty dishes found with the Caterer of the event for Fifth Third Bank.
Since Fifth Third Bank sponsored this “get together” event and hired the Caterer, they should be held accountable for my husband’s food poisoning. Not only was my husband spared after recovering a in a few days, he could have died if he had eaten more than his original plate of food.
Hence, I would like Fifth Third Bank to honor their original promise and afford us $400 for the basketball tickets we purchased for the game which we couldn’t see because of my husband’s food poisoning.
If this matter is not resolved by Fifth Third Bank, I will lodge a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General as well as the Cincinnati Public Health Department so that Fifth Third will be prohibited for hosting any future events involving the provision of food to the general public. As well, I will seek punishment of the Fifth Third staff members who sponsored and setup the event with their assigned Caterer.
After spending the last 4 months trying to resolve this issue with Fifth Third, I am deeply disappointed in the apathy displayed by Fifth Third staff members, including the bank managers at 2 location in the Mason, Ohio area.
Please therefore have someone contact me at the earliest opportunity so this matter can be resolved once and for at all.
