Severe Green Diarrhea, Vomiting - Red Robin,

Within an hour of eating lunch at the Red Robin I began having severe green diareah. It lasted all day... by the evening I was vomiting also. The next morning... I now have a fever and headache, but finally have some relief from the diareah. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
