Within 10 minutes whiles eating seedless grapes, I began feeling nauseous then started vomiting violent and explosively. It was coming up so hard and fast through my nose and mouth. Never in life have I vomited in that manner. Clearing my whole stomach out. The code on the bag of grapes began with 4. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
