On Friday 12/30 at 6pm I consumed a boxed salad fiesta style from the casino bar. By 2;30 am I was throwing up at 6am the diarrhea started. I experienced repeated diarrhea and throw up until 10am on 12/31. I was traveling with a friend and we had consumed the same things the day befor. Everything but the salad I notified the busines. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
