Pizza, Salad Illness Report - Roosters, Huntington West Virginia

I visited Roosters around 6:00–6:30 PM and ordered a pizza and a salad. Approximately 1–2 hours after eating, I began to experience symptoms of food poisoning. I first felt nauseous, followed by stomach pain and a general feeling of being unwell. Soon after, I developed diarrhea, and shortly thereafter began vomiting while still experiencing diarrhea.

At the time of writing, I am feeling extremely weak, shaky, overheated, and continue to have severe stomach pain. These symptoms began shortly after consuming the food at Roosters and have persisted.

I am reporting this in the interest of food safety and in hopes that the matter will be investigated to prevent further incidents. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness
