Ordered the chicken fajitas nachos (queso, fajita chicken, beans), and metal was in my food. I caught one piece while eating towards the end of meal but dont know if I swallowed any more before. It was a thin piece of tin the size of a half dollar but shaped like a rectangle. I did cut my tongue, but that was the extent of current injury, not sure if any other symptoms will occur if I swallowed more. I did report to the manager, they took my name.
