We ordered pizza for dinner. Not 30mins later and everyone was feeling sick. 2 adults and 4 children in the restroom throwing up and diarrhea. Today (the day after) slight fever fatigue and nausea. I had to leave work due to this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
