Resort Illness Outbreak Suspected - Royalton Negril, Negril Hanover Parish

4 years ago reported by user-gdyjc431 business

Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort, A1, Negril, Jamaica

A1, Negril, Hanover Parish, Jamaica

Symptoms started afternoon 16th December, the night before I was due to fly home. Vomiting and Diarrhoea with bad stomach cramps. My boyfriend had gotten the same with slightly more severe symptoms, along with fever, 5 days prior to this. Our party was very careful with our food choices after he was sick, so not sure where it’s come from. Many people we spoke to had experienced this themselves or had people in there party sick whilst we were there. Some people believe may be from the sea, with smelly pipes pumping directly into the beaches on the property… hard to know but the hotel are not taking it seriously. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
