Rubios mission valley, San Diego. Ate a lot of various hot sauces, diablo sauce, etc. usually no prob, but that night (5 hours later?) nausea, vomiting, headache fever. No diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea
