Ruby Tuesday
Ate at the salad bar 12/19/14. Began feeling uncomfortable stomach pain within an hour. Had diarrhea and then finally threw up. Felt fine after that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
