There was five in our party and we all had the salad bar, however, one person did not have red onions and the only person that did not get sick. Two of the five had diarrhea and one vomiting incident. However, two of us, had it severe and it was very violent and horrific episodes of throwing up and diarrhea with pain and fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
