Around 7 pm on Sunday Sept 1,2019. By 1:30am started with horrible stomach crapping. Started bathroom trips with diarrhea over 30 trips in 8 hrs and got very weak and horrible stomach craps and headache, slipped getting into tub for shower because of weakness. Recommend by Humana nurse to go to ER was diagnosed with food poisoning by ER doctor and was given fluids for dehydration. Spent 3 hrs in ER and ruined 2 days of my 4 day weekend. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration, Headache, Other, Weakness
