Stuffed Chicken Illness Report - Ruth's Chris Steak House, Columbus Ohio

I took my husband to dinner for his birthday as we visit Ruth Chris every year for his birthday. I ordered the Stuffed Chicken. It came out within 20 min and half of the " stuffing" was watery & thin and not thick like it usually is. I didn't want to complain because our waitress was great. However 4-- 5 hours later, I was on the toilet with Diarrhea, cramps & vomiting at the same time and profusely sweating. I did make contact with the restaurant to make them aware and they filed an insurance claim without me requesting . I however I have not heard anything back since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Sweating
