I ate an RX bar blueberry then immediately got sick thought it was from something else, however a week later i ate the chocolate one and same exact thing, stomach pain chills náusea and diarrhea. Got the pack from Costco throwing them away | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
