Omelet, Salad Trigger Illness - Rye Plaza, Kansas City Missouri

Not sure but I ate at this Location.  About 4 and a half hours after eating an omelet, small salad, and hash browns I became nauseous and felt like I was going to vomit. I had two episodes of diarrhea and then a half an hour later I vomited. Over the next 3 hours after symptoms started, I vomited twice more and had an uncountable number of diarrhea episodes. My stomach started to hurt after these episodes even when I drank water. I took pepto bismol to help me get some relieve from the diarrhea and abdominal pain and I was able to sleep through the night. No one else who was with me is sick and the only thing we all had in common was the small salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
