Grapes, I and my son got sick. The only thing we ate in common was seedless red grapes. He had vomiting and diarrhea, I had just diarrhea. Both had bad stomach cramps, like muscle cramps. He got sick within a few hours, with me it was 12-15 hours. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
