Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt
I ate a Oikos Triple Zero yogurt last week on Tuesday and after a few hours felt very nausaues and proceeded to have 4 instances of diarrhea. That was the only thinhg I had eaten so far that day, but I assumed I was sick from something else. I then ate a cup of that yogurt from the same pack today and felt sick around 3-4 hrs later and threw up. Again, the yogurt was the only thing I had eaten so far this morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
