So me and my husband went to Safeway and we purchase a caesar salad we went home prepared it and ate it we begin to throw up have diarrhea we had a headache nauseated fever chills feeling dizzy even sweating. We tried reaching out to Safeway so they can remove the product first time around the people were very rude and up nauseous. Second day spoke with a nice guy he even apologized to me and reassure me he would help me. I went in to Sutter hospital and I was seeing and the doctor told me that I was dehydrated and I was food poisoned | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Sweating
