January 27, 2024 Pretty sure it was a pastrami sandwich from the deli that I purchased at Safeway, 900 Callow, Bremerton, WA I didn't eat anywhere else. At first I thought it was gluten sensitivity but now that it has gone on so long and the smelly gas got worse I'm convinced it was the sandwich. I'll probably never eat one again.. Bremerton WA. Safeway deli at 900 Callow. 1/27/24. Pastrami sandwich..First was stomach cramps within the hour. I'm still having nausea and the most disgusting smelly gas. I had other symptoms that made me think I had a bit of flu but now I realize it actually was that sandwich | Symptoms: Gas, Nausea, Cramps
