The spasms continued. Then I went to an ENT about the ringing and they said age. Tonight, I discovered it’s Chobani. For the first time I can isolate it because I didn’t eat anything else! After all these years I never thought it would be Chobani. I always made sure the date on the 4 packs were longer than the the month I was in so they were never expired! Oh my God! It’s been so long I don’t know how many years. I usually buy from here in Engleside, Alexandria, VA but sometimes on military base at Ft. Belvoir, VA. When I didn’t eat this stuff I would have no ringing and no cramps. It didn’t always happen but lately it seemed to always occur. Since no doctor could help I thought I had “Stiff Person Syndrome” because of the cramps. I was grasping at straws going out of my mind because no doctor had the answer. My PCP told me to drink more water. I told her I already drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Lately the ringing and cramps had stopped. I wasn’t eating Chobani. But when I bought the 0 sugar 0 lactose it started again and it was like a light came on. So I went on the internet and asked if Chobani Yogurt could cause cramps. To my surprise, there it was! The answer to all my problems! And now I have no gall bladder because of Chobani. They should take this stuff off the shelf. I don’t believe it has 0 lactose. A few weeks ago I had an upper endoscopy and my doc has me on omeprazole twice a day for the next 2 months along with a treatment plan for dysphagia (which is acid reflux), and astral type gastric mucosa with mild chronic inflammation, (which is inflammation of the lower stomach). This is why I've had so much stomach pain that doubles me over. We should sue for damages and have this mess taken off the shelf. It’s killing Americans!. During those three days — I went back to the store to pick up an item from the pharmacy, buy meat, vegetables etc.
It was the early evening. I started to share about what happened. It was a disconnect.
The woman in the elevated office came down and the supervisor of the self checkout told me to come back during the day.
It did feel of zero validation and they seemed to not offer any apology or hint of concern, follow up of any kind. They seemed bothered as if I was interrupting them.

… yes that is exactly how food poisoning works. If it is toxin-mediated then the symptoms can begin pretty fast after eating.
