Signature farms cafe chef salad, Ate the salad about 2:00pm on Wednesday November 24,2021. At about 9:30pm I became extremely chilled & went to bed. About 12:30-1:00am I woke up with projectile vomiting & explosive diarrhea that lasted all night. High fever until I took Ibuprofen in the afternoon of the 25th. Extreme fatigue & no appetite on the 25th just sips of water. Today the 26th symptoms of fatigue, poor appetite & diarrhea continue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
