Started last night about hour after eating lamb Lamb Last night my wife and I ate the same thing for dinner except I had lamb and she had steak. I became very ill for about 5 to 6 hours after I ate. I had stomach cramps, violently, vomiting, and diarrhea. Did not get ill. I bought a leg of lamb at Safeway and believe that is what I got ill from. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea
