We bought food from Sainsbury's in York on Saturday morning 17/08/2024 including 1 chicken Caesar wrap. Our eldest of a 11 years old ate only the chicken Caesar wrap and fell violently ill with vomiting fever chills cramps and diarrhea for 6 hours it was awful. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Diarrhea
