I had lunch at Sala on 24th Jan 2022, I ordered a Nasi Lemak Rendang. Upon finishing my meal, my tummy felt uncomfortable but dismissed it. Till later that day, I had bad indigestion and felt nauseated. Was having diarrhoea and had to throw up 5 times to clear my entire system, their nasi lemak was the only meal I had.

I took a covid test to ensure it wasn’t the symptoms speaking, I tested negative. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Indigestion
