The only thing I ate yesterday was a Caesar Salad with chicken. I split it for my lunch and dinner. After consuming both times I felt ill but thought nothing of it. This morning I had horrible diarrhea and shortly after I threw up. I never had a fever but I did have slight chills throughout the night prior to waking up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
