I ordered two salads from Salad and Go on Tuesday April 1st 2025. My order contained the Roasted Autumn Salad with Chicken and a Ceasar salad with Buffalo Chicken. It was ordered around 2:30pm. Came home and ate. The next day at approximately 8am I began to feel ill. I presented with vomiting, severe diarreah, and severe abdominal pain. No one else in my family presented with any symptoms. My symptoms only got worse and lasted 5 days before I broke down and went to the ER on Sunday April 6th, where I was given fluids and potassium. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
