I purchased a build your own salad on March 17th at 7:10 pm from Salad and Go. It did not have any protein on it, only veggies and dressing. This was the last food I ate before going to bed that evening. Approximately 12 hours later at 7am the next morning I started to experience nausea, followed by vomiting and diarrhea for the next 45 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
