Symptoms started about 5 hours after. Started with a dizzyness/headhache and then moved to a major nausea/diarhea. Been throwing up the salad for the past 5 hours. Had diarhea once. Girlfriend did not get sick as she did not eat the salad from her meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Dizziness
