I decided as our weather was really nice a couple of weeks ago I would eat a bit more salad I purchased from here but after my second day of salad my stomach and bowels started rumbling and then that night i had too get out of bed all night for the toilet and this went on for 3 days and now I've stopped eating salad stuffs my stomach and bowels are getting back to normal slowly
