The actual salad was ok, but the single serve Cesar packets they have on the side of a center display is what did it. I could taste it was off but I only mixed in a small amount and thought nothing of it. It wasn’t until later that night I got woken up with intense nausea
Then finally I’m showing all three symptoms as I’m typing this out | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
