stored in bottom of fridge at 1-3 deg Centigrade. Cooked in foil at 190C for 40 mins plus warm up time in fan assisted oven, served with broccoli and sweet potato. There was slime run off in packet when opened which I try to avoid when buying as is does seem to indicate that the fish is iffy. I've had very bad food poisoning in the past from same product and store and had avoided buying it for some time, have only been buying store prepared salmon from Morrisons but let my guard down and this happened again.....never again....complained to store last time but got nowhere.... | Symptoms: Diarrhea
